I’ve had the joy of supporting so many families on their journey to better sleep. If you’re looking for reassurance or wondering what it’s really like to work with me, you’re in the right place. Here you’ll find my Meet the Parents series—real stories from families I’ve guided—as well as kind reviews shared on Google and Facebook.

Our experience of working with Jade was truly enjoyable. Her professionalism and supportive nature made the entire process feel straightforward and achievable. We were so impressed by her unique approach, which set her apart from other sleep coaches. As a result, we have confidently recommended her services to numerous parents who are facing sleep disruptions. We assure them that Jade's approach has the power to positively change their lives.

It is the best money we’ve invested in our family life. Whether we travel or are making lots of social plans, we’ve learnt so much in how to manage our kids so their sleep isn’t affected and learning their limits. We love that once they go to bed, we know 99% of the time if we go out in the evening, we’re not stressing about them waking up or worrying etc. Bedtime routines are enjoyable and we don’t dread going to bed.

The biggest improvement has been the longer sleep at night, as well as Milo eating better in the day (solids and milk) because we managed to address the night feedings through the night. Before we started, I felt anxious going into each night because we didn't know if there would be false starts or split nights, or how he would go down for his nap !  Before, I needed to feed him to sleep for naps too so I always felt that I had to be close to home.
