ABOUT

As a mum of two young children, Myla (10) and Theo (7), I know exactly how hard it is when sleep feels out of reach. We’ve all been there—cranky after a challenging night, and with busy lives, it can quickly feel overwhelming.

My journey as a sleep consultant started when Myla was born.

After a brief, blissful newborn phase, she was diagnosed with colic, and the next few months were filled with sleepless nights, tears, and exhaustion. Maybe you’re experiencing something similar, but there are countless other sleep struggles parents face, from newborns to toddlers. I was desperate for help and just wanted someone to guide me. After being overwhelmed by mixed advice from family, friends, and books, I decided to hire a sleep consultant myself and I wish I had made the call sooner.

Once Myla finally settled into a routine, we all started sleeping better—and it made the world of difference to the whole family. As I learned how essential sleep is for our children’s health and development, my passion for sleep coaching grew. Fast forward to today, and with over 8 years of experience working with hundreds of families in Hong Kong, Singapore, and beyond, I’m proud to be a seasoned, certified pediatric sleep consultant. With a wealth of knowledge and experience handling every imaginable scenario in this specialized field, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless families restore balance, strengthen relationships, and—most importantly—achieve the restful sleep they truly deserve.

If you’re ready to begin your journey, I’d love to hear from you!

My Approach

I focus on creating gradual, positive changes to develop healthy, independent sleep habits that improve your child’s sleep, physical and cognitive development, and overall family wellbeing.

My approach is based on three key principles:

01
Holistic

I don’t believe in “good” or “bad” sleepers. Sleep struggles often stem from a combination of factors, including a child’s unique sleep needs, temperament, sleep associations, environment, routine, physical and emotional well-being, schedule imbalances, and expectations.

Before beginning any sleep coaching, I look at all aspects of your child’s life and this comprehensive, layered and gradual approach ensures a strong foundation for lasting sleep improvement

02
Gentle

Every child is unique, and their sleep challenges need a personalised, gentle approach. Small, consistent adjustments help your child build confidence and comfort, laying the foundation for lasting success—enabling you to achieve your goals without relying on outdated “cry it out” methods.

03
Transformational

This isn’t just about quick fixes—it’s a transformational journey that leads to long-term sleep health. In just a few weeks, you’ll see lasting changes in your child’s sleep and the whole family’s wellbeing. Say goodbye to temporary solutions, and let me guide you to real, lasting change.
